This year marks the first full year our Business Advisory Group has operated under the Coldstream Capital Partners name, following more than 30 years as The Rainier Group. Since joining Coldstream in 2017, the group has continued to expand its service offerings, team, and industry expertise while completing a number of noteworthy client engagements.

Much of the growth this last decade has been driven by our investment banking business, led by Patrick Corcorran and Evan Fisher. Their team has advised business owners across a broad range of industries on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and strategic partnerships for privately held companies nationwide. Their approach is defined by senior level involvement, a team approach, and disciplined execution across every engagement.

As we begin, what we anticipate will be another strong year, we would like to thank the business owners, shareholders, and advisors who place their trust in our firm.
