Jacob Atkinson

As an Associate, Jacob plays a vital role in executing transactions, managing deal processes, and supporting client relationships. Jacob acts as a bridge between technical bankers and senior bankers, coordinating directly with clients, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.

Jacob graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Washington and brings with him experience from multiple sectors. Most recently, Jacob worked in acquiring and operating orthodontic clinics at a Dental Service Organization. Prior to that, he spent 4 years in middle-market investment banking in the Pacific Northwest facilitating sell-side transactions for family and founder owned businesses focusing on the industrials business services industries. Jacob looks forward to helping business owners navigate the complexities of the M&A process. When not working, Jacob enjoys backpacking, playing guitar, and spending quality time with his cat Beans.
