Evan Fisher

Evan is a Managing Director and member of the leadership team at Coldstream Capital Partners, specializing in investment banking advisory services for middle-market companies. He is a lead advisor on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, raising growth capital, and management buyouts. Evan is dedicated to serving as a trusted advisor, helping business owners successfully navigate complex financial transactions to achieve their strategic and financial objectives. In addition, he has also served on various boards, bringing expertise in corporate governance, strategic decision-making, and long-term business planning to the organizations he has served. 

With extensive experience across various sectors—such as consumer products (including food and beverage), professional services, business services, industrial services, manufacturing, and distribution—Evan has successfully advised clients on board-level strategies, sell-side and buy-side mandates, transaction structuring, valuation analysis, and pre-transaction growth strategies. 

Evan earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Washington State University and an MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. He maintains FINRA Series 63, 65, and 79 certifications. 

A longtime resident of the Pacific Northwest, Evan enjoys outdoor activities, golfing, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.
