Patrick Corcorran

Patrick Corcorran is a Managing Director at Coldstream Capital Partners, the investment banking arm of Coldstream Holdings. He provides M&A advisory services to privately held companies throughout the U.S. and internationally. His transaction experience spans strategic acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, distressed situations, and founder liquidity events across a wide range of industries.

Before joining Coldstream, Patrick built and led the investment banking division at Rainier Group, a Seattle-based consulting firm. Under his leadership, the group developed into a nationally recognized M&A practice, which ultimately led to Rainier Group’s investment banking division becoming the dedicated M&A arm of Coldstream Holdings in 2025, rebranded as Coldstream Capital Partners. Patrick continues to lead the firm’s growth and client delivery efforts.

Patrick began his finance career at Morgan Stanley, where he was part of a specialized team serving middle-market business owners and privately held companies. His work focused on sell-side M&A, succession planning, and pre-transaction readiness—helping founders prepare their businesses for liquidity events and navigate the complexities of deal execution. He was named to the firm’s Pace Setter’s Club, an honor awarded to top-performing advisors who demonstrate exceptional client service and leadership.

Patrick holds a BA from Ashford University of Iowa and an ATA in Business Management from Edmonds College. He also holds FINRA Series 79, 7, and 66 licenses.  Originally from British Columbia, Patrick has spent most of his life in Washington and Oregon. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his wife and two children, playing hockey, taking spontaneous getaways, and visiting the riverside cabin he built in the Cascades.
